AASP Directory Member Agreement
The American Academy of Spine Physicians (AASP) offers FREE Directory Member status to certified/licensed healthcare professionals who care for individuals with spine disorders and who agree to remain informed about opportunities and trends in spinecare. I understand this opportunity is provided as a public service and as a courtesy to spinecare professionals.
I accept the terms of this agreement and hereby agree to receive periodic communication from the AASP, which will include notices, alerts, Academy News and featured member benefits. I also agree to maintain a good email on file and an accurate listing on the International Directory of Spinecare Professionals, official directory of the AASP. Furthermore, as an AASP Directory Member I am prohibited from listing myself as a "Member" of the AASP on marketing and/or professional correspondence. (As a Directory Member I have access to a personalized Member Dashboard and limited free resources. I can update my status relative to membership with the AASP at any time).
I understand that if I opt out or fail to comply with any element of this agreement, my AASP Directory Member status may be discontinued.
